quite territorial the maoris, this is our beach they said, only walking mate, who belongs where , who doesnt belong, its all a uniquely tribal concept....but then we are all the same tribe really.

though i envy their strong connection to the planet..if you dont fight
for your culture you become strangely lost...but then you are also
forced to confront who you are and who you wish to be and how to treat others in your mind alone...and in doing so you might reach a level of
compassion for others that might take you beyond a seperate tribes mind
to a uniquely human god/goddess like understanding.
